2. Then e-mail to us (artzpower@gmail.com) your :

• Mug design code that you desired.(eg. A01)
• The Picture of you or your loved ones.
• Text or your greeting to be print  .
• Mug color (white plain,inner color,outer color etc) 
• The amount of mug you desired and your mailing address + hand-phone no.

3. Or if you have your own design we are happy to help you make it real.Just send to us your soft-copy of your design.The format should be in Adobe photoshop (.psd) and the dimensional is Wide : 22.0 cm , Height : 8.5cm.

4. We will design the lay-out within 24 hours upon receiving your e-mail.The printing will begin after the payment received.

    We Do Mug Printing by Applying Heat transfer method .The question is " What Is Heat Transfer Printing Method ? '' 

          Heat Transfer Printing or Sublimation Printing is the process of transferring an images from a sublimation transfer paper with a sublimation inks to a large variety of products such as mug, puzzle, T-shirt etc. It is one of the advanced printing technologies nowadays. The process is fast (less than a minute), it lasts forever.


       Sublimation ink is commonly used in heat transfer printing. It is unique in its ability to convert from a solid to a gas without going through a liquid form. (Just like dry ice.)        

       Heat transfer printing is clean and environmentally safe, which makes it appealing in today's health and safety conscience work environments. There are no suspect liquid by-products. The only by product is paper. It is the perfect medium for the demands of today's marketplace.
      

     The process :


1. First of all the image will be printed by using sublimation ink on heat transfer paper as a transfer medium.


2. Then it will be wrapped around the mug surface and the process will be finish by using heat transfer mug press machine at a specified temperature and time.


        This mug is washable and microwave safe. The whole process was hand-made therefore the price will be higher than normal similar products due to the printing quality. (e.g. sublimation mugs VS. normal screen printing mugs)
